This is a good overall shoe. It is not as light as I expected, but still significantly lighter than my trainers. Also,the bottom is hard plastic, not rubber like a normal distance shoe, and this shoe indicates it is a middle to long distance shoe. Still, it is great for running in, and there is still raised parts on the shoe besides the spikes in the front. This shoe forces you to really run on your toes, which every coach tells you to do to go faster. In my race, it cut off 3 seconds from my 4x8 time, and my other friend had these same shoes and it cut off 3 seconds from her time too. So, in all, it is a very good quality shoe.

I am so glad to buy this item. I went to Sports Authority and Dick's sports. They were expensive. I checked the Amazon.com lastly. I found same one and it was much cheaper. I am so glad to buy this shoes.
