I first bought these in black really just to have something nice looking and solid to walk around in on the weekends. I'd been wearing casual shoes every weekend and my feet were not enjoying themselves, so I decided to go back to wearing sneakers sometimes.

The black ones were great, although I wasn't all that active in them. When summer rolled around and I wanted something white, I bought this pair. They look great, go nicely with white socks, and offer good solid support. Now I run in them and so far they feel very strong running on streets.

My only complaint with them is that one of the black rubber treads on the bottom is started to peel off, after only having them a few months and before I started using them to run. I still run in them and it's not a problem, but if I'm standing and slide the sneaker on the ground, I can peel a tread backwards. I can probably just glue it back on, but shouldn't really have to.

Not a deal-breaker at all, I highly recommend this shoe.

People say that they are cheaply made and almost see through. If they had any idea what a minimalist shoe was then they would be aware of the fact that this is what you are paying for. The motto on the box says more is less. It is supposed to simulate barefoot movement. Go to new balances website and read it before you give a great product bad reviews due to your own incompetency. I have ran two pairs of the minimums 10 trails and my wife runs the minimums zeros. My daughter is 5 and a half and want to go run trails with me so I purchased these. They are a great shoe and well worth the money. You go and pay 60 bucks for stride rights but 37 bucks for these on amazon is too much? You have to be kidding me. Don't listen tot these other naysayers. Go get these for you kid and them and their feet will love you. When you are at it you should get yourself some also.

My daughter loves the shoes, they fit great, they look great, but...I purchased the shoes on 9/5/12 and as of 11/15/12 they already have a hole on the right fore foot, foot bed separation on the left fore foot, and the lateral logo on the left foot is pealing off. I love New Balance and that is the only brand of athletic shoe my family buys. I have previously read of similar quality issues in the adult version of this shoe, the MT20v2. This shoe is listed as a pre trail running shoe. I have purchased a pair of the KT20 trail running shoes with the synthetic cloth upper that is sewn together which should last longer. I hope this helps.

My son is a avid runner and this is the third pair of kt20 we have purchased.These shoes are different than the previous models which is a disappointment(Keep in mind the model numbers are the the same) . This model runs big does not have a holes to tie a a heel lock which allows debris in the shoes????? If you have skinny ankles socks are a must. The toe cap is not stitched and the material that protects the toes seems flimsy (he has already complained of stubbing a toe with one weeks use. These shoes are not lined inside where the previous ones were seamless. It seems NB has turned the KT20 into a casual shoe so it would be fine if that is what you are looking for, but if you are looking for a shoe for running in do not buy this shoe.

See my review about the Zen Lady shoes too. Simply put, I have worn them silly every since they came in. Perfect fit, light weight, have had lotsa compliments about color and style (I bought the lipstick.) And oh so comfortable! Stable, great grip (though a bit slippery on tile). But, as I said in the Zen Lady review...I was super glad I had taken the time to compare and read ALL of the reviews. Took a lot of worry out of buying online!

Very good boots I used them for riding snowmobiles, very warm and comfortable light for walking in snow, I would recommend wearing some waterproof socks like seal skinz socks for walking in deep snow, I got off into some deep powder and had some get down in my shoe but it has loop so you can hook your gators into the shoe great feature. good for the price best feature I like are the pull and lock laces easy and fast.

I have had a history of running injury (bilaterial tibial stress fractures). Relearning how to run has been a difficult process for me, slow and arduous. I have spent a lot of time working on my form and decided it was time for a new pair of running shoes. These are great for me -they have support and a minimal (4 mm) drop. Making them the perfect transition shoe (for me!) to dropless shoes or barefoot running, which is an eventual goal.

They look great and fit well. I am grateful for this investment and my shins thank me too! Since purchasing them, I have consistently felt better while running. Granted, we're all different, so anyone looking at running shoes, I would recommend a visit to your local running store to be properly fit.

Bought these shoes a few weeks ago, usually go for the Nike Frees or 5.0 as I love the light weight, more natural feel of them. After sustaining an impact injury on my heel after running a half marathon shortly after having my second baby, I had to find a new shoe with more support for my heels. I love that they provide the extra support while not weighing me down or feeling too heavy on my feet. Overall I love them, and I love the bright colors as well

Much more comfortable than standard Shox which are quite firm and unforgiving. The combination Lunar sole adds additional cushioning in forefoot, without sacrificing responsiveness. Mesh upper is slipper-style thus minimizing shoe weight while cradling foot. Upper has minimal padding in tongue area making it uncomfortable to lace very tightly for anyone with nerve sensitivity or those trying hard core training exercises. Good for mild running or basic cross-training. At sale price of $55 this is an exceptional deal. OK value at $90 but overpriced at $140. DEFINITELY sized small. Consider ordering 1/2 size larger unless you like a very tight shoe.

Unfortunately the waffle pattern black sole separated from the lunar sole on the forefoot of both shoes within less than 6 weeks of use. Nike's excellent return claim policy provided me with a full value replacement gift card, but still need to shop for new pair of training shoes. Would much prefer having the shoes last!

I bought Nike Shox about 2 years ago. They tend to be okay for walking, but for running its a whole new story. The soles tend to wear off on one side after a while. Once they a worn out, the soles make it hard to lift weights because it does not grasp on to the floor much (it has more of a sliding effect). I would recommend these shoes if you are a light exerciser.

This is my third pair of Vasque boots. I wear them for logging and general outdoor wear. Previous Vasque boots have required little to no break-in and the last pair I wore for bedroom slippers. This pair has been much harder to break in and is not expected to attain slipper status. They're still great boots but I wonder if the manufacturing got sent to China. I still wear my old ones as slippers but after 12 years of hard use the upper is separating from the sole and won't stay glued.

awesome, awesome awesome. very, very comfortable. no break in period, wore them standing for 10 hours. no blisters, no sore feet. can't beleive how light weight these are. the only thing i don't like and it's just how they are made is that the ankle isn't tight around my ankle (but than again i do have skinny ankles). i'll get another pair! one for hiking and the other for working.

great boot!! love, love, love them. and i am picky about what i put on my feet as i am on them outside 12-14 hours a day.

I have bilateral hip replacements and need as much support as I can get. The Vasque 7167 hiking boot is the superior footwear for me. They are the only shoes/boots I can wear and not have terrible leg cramps at night. I wear them from the moment I get out of bed until the moment I'm ready to get back in the bed at night. They are the bomb for gardening on my hillside. Last weekend I wore some other orthopedic shoes to go clothes shopping, and I paid the price for not wearing my Vasque boots. They are super comfortable. I do not need my orthotics when I wear these boots. I order my usual size and there is room to wear thick socks if I choose. I even get compliments on them when I wear them with dresses (and I tend to feel silly in hiking boots with a dress!). I am looking to buy my third pair of these boots. With all the physical problems I have, a recommendation from me is a real good thing.

This product is great!!! We were searching for this type of shoe all around the Denver area and were not successful . I went to Amazon and found the shoe within minutes. The price was comparable to REI stores in Colorado so i was really excited about the shoe. My wife loves the shoes and how light weight they are. The other great thing about the shoe is how breathable they are. She has only used them for spin classes but loves them. I would totally recommend this shoe to anyone.

the only issue was how long it took to get the product but that was do to bad weather.
