First off, let me say that for the money (paid $48), these are a great buy. I bought the grey w/ red/burgundy and they look great. They are very light and so far after 1 week of weight training plus circuit training, they are holding up fine. I don't expect them to hold up long term, however, at $48, they can be throw-aways if they break down, unlike more expensive shoes.Reebok Men's SubLite Train 1.0 Cross-Training Shoe They are true to size, but narrow, as is typical with Reeboks and take a bit to get used to if you're feet haven't been in Reeboks in a while, as mine were.
UPDATE: After about 4 weeks of cross training use, here's my take: Shoes hold up well, the "sublite foam" offers little in terms of cushioning. I've found that I've had increased knee pain after doing cardio exercises wearing these. True to size, lightweight, and as much as I like them I need a bit more cushioning in my shoes.

Though I generally need more heal support for shoes, I'm finding that as long as I wear these just for training, they work well. I'm using them for Insanity and The Asylum so mostly living room jumping around. They are light and don't slip on the carpet.

I was in need of new trainers and chose these primarily because of price. I was pleasantly surprised when I received them at their weight as they are incredibly light. Also, the toe box is a little roomier and doesn't pinch my toes. Great shoes!
