I have been a big Saucony fan for a few years now and it's the only brand of shoe I buy. About the only thing I use/wear an athletic type shoe for is hiking on trails in Arizona. I tried to save a little money and went with this shoe instead of the usual Excursion or other Saucony trail shoe I have purchased in the past and I"m a little disappointed. It's still a good solid shoe for just walking but does lack the extra cushion that their other trail shoes provide. The biggest adjustment is the lack of extra cushion in the heal area, I'm not accustomed to walking in a flat shoe so it's a big difference from the other hiking/running shoes they offer.

They always seem to fit true to size for me and are a good overall value for the price.

I've been wearing Saucony exclusively for 6 years, I usually run in Rides but needed trail runners for occasional use. I chose these based on cost and reviews. They fit great are light and so far, great for trails. They are a little lighter and less structured than my last pair of trail runners but work great and seem very durable.

Need some breaking in time but fill great on and fit secure. The colors are great and the shoestrings don't untie easily. My second pair of Saucony running shoes and I am sticking with them.
