My son competes in Orienteering and shoes are difficult to find in the US. He loves these shoes. He says they are comfortable and have great traction when running hills. He likes them so much we bought him a second pair to have when his get wet and muddy to have during 2 day events.

Very good, but i thnk the sizes are little big. The best shoe to run in the mountains and the woods. 10 times better grip than other shoes without spikes.
