I have been using Superfeet greens for years now. I have a pair for every shoe that I wear, they are that important. I have high arches and suffer from plantar faciatis. The first day I tried super feet the plantar faciatis was gone and it has never returned. Buy a pair, you won't regret it.

I got these inserts because I developed plantar fasciitis. The heal is extremely well supported which helps with my condition. I would recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

Product instructions say to trim so that the insoles move about 1/8 of an inch; this made the insoles squeak in my athletic shoes, a sure way to get everyone to look up when walking into a room. In addition, I had to loosen the lacings on these shoes so that they were not too tight. I then tried them in some hiking boots that were already a good fit; the increased thickness of the Superfeet insoles (which is significant, 1/4 inch plus or minus) made these boots too tight. I return the insoles. (And, yes, I did remove the factory insoles before inserting the Superfeet insoles.) The quality is excellent; perhaps the concept is okay, but it did not work for me.

I wear a size 11 New Balance 4E (Extra Wide). I was hesitant which size to purhcase since I'm a mens size 11, so I decieded to purchase the F model (11.5-13). It turned out to work out perfectly. I had to cut it down to size, which was no problem. The insoles fit perfect after the cut, and I am enjoying the comfort of these new insoles.

This is my 4th set of Superfeet. Since getting plantar faciitis I have used Superfeet. I would have to credit them to curing my problem. I now have them in every pair of shoes that I own.
