I usually wear a size 8 in running shoes, 7.5 if they're minimalist and worn without socks. I have some Pearl iZUMI triathlon shoes that I wear a 7.5 in. But after reading all the reviews about these shoes running small, I ordered a 43 and they were way too big. Submitted an exchange request for a 42's and had them within a couple days. The 42's fit perfect!
Like these shoes, I have a Full Suspension MTB with some Candy 3's and have only worn them on the bike a few times but they seem fine. I like the fact that I can walk around with them without making too much noise. I did put the Crank Brothers cleat shield under the cleats so it makes them a little higher and they do "click" a little on concrete when walking but not bad.
What I really like is the little pocket under the tongue to tuck the shoe laces in. The shoes seem like they'll hold up well with mud and serous biking. Time will tell.

I wanted a pair of cycling shoes that I could wear when riding to the Framers market or other activities where I woul dbe walking around more and not have to take a sperate pair of shoes. These are perfect.

Secure locking clips help w/ the right type of pedals, shoe is comfortable to walk in but check to make sure it stays clean underside so proper engagement ca be done to the pedals,another words don't walk on the beach w/ this shoes on a little oil or grease helps yo keep locking clips in good shape.

I wanted a shoe like this that I could use for biking our local rail trail. Good for biking as well as walking around shops and restaurants along the trail. I took the advice of others and ordered a size larger, but probably could have even gone 2 sizes larger.
