i was defintely hesitant to buy these insoles i suffer from shin splints and knee pain these insoles have corrected my running and abosrb alot of shock but you defintely want to make sure you have a high arch because there is so much support for the arch i have a size 9 shoe they fit in perfect very satisfiedBest Deals on Sof Fit Series High Sole
I didn't get these for running, just shoes. I'm trying a number of insoles these days, and out of all of them these very high arch indeed! Crazy high. I have extraordinarily high arches, so I like it. Still getting used to them. They're real rigid, which is okay. As I believe someone else wrote, you can try shifting them around/sideways to get it under your arch properly.Honest reviews on Sof Fit Series High Sole
It's too bad that these are somewhat narrow, mostly in the mid to heel areas. Overall the build quality seems good and they have a very very nice, pronounced arch support for high-arches. They have a similar build structure to Superfeet insoles. For myself, I found these to be too narrow in places, and instead of providing a nice cupping of my foot, their edges ended slightly too soon and could be felt in my foot. My foot's not particularly wide, either. Maybe it was an odd batch, maybe not, but it just didn't work for me.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Sof Fit Series High Sole
I have been having overpronation problems for quite a while. My Dr. suggested I try insoles before I made the leap to medical treatment. I first tried Dr. Scholls 3/4 inserts.. You know the ones you find in the pharmacy when you stand on the machine and it tells you what to buy. These worked, but I really did not want to spend $50 for insoles for each pair of shoes unless I really had to.I read several reviews on the Sof Sole and decided to try.Yes when you first put them in your shoes it feels like a golf ball, but with in hours I was finding that my knees were feeling better. Much better. Now I can take my daily walk without pain in my knees and I don't even notice the "golf ball" in the shoe.. Recently when I went without the insole I found that my feet and knees hurt. So they must be working!!! In the process of ordering 3 more pairs
