I do high-impact interval training on concrete floors, and these shoes have made a significant improvement in my foot and ankle discomfort. I got the graphite and blue ones because they were priced the lowest in my size, and boy, are they ugly. I'd suggest checking out the colors in a store before ordering. Other than that, they're great.

I had horrible shin splints and was told to try out these shoes by my dr. I had my first pair for a year and just replaced them now. My shin splints are gone. These are so light and comfortable. I never had a fabric splitting problem and they were used for running at least twice a week. The pink btw is VERY pink but I'm okay with that too.

These might not be the most attractive shoes, but they are incredibly comfortable. After having surgery I was gearing up to start running again and needed a great pair of supportive yet comfortable shoes. These were just the ticket, I've always experienced shin splints when running and that doesn't happen with these. The pair I had lasted about a year and now that I need a new pair of running shoes, I'm of course looking solely at a new pair of zigs.

This is my second pair of Reebok Zigs. The other ones still feel great, but they were over a year old and looking a little worn out. This second pair has really cute colors, but I'm still breaking them in. I would recommend them though for anyone who needs a comfortable shoe because they are on their feet for long hours. I'm a nurse who works up to 16 hour days, and I have bunions to boot. These guys let my feet breathe, because the material is very light. I love them, and the price is really great. If Reebok keeps making them, I'll keep buying them.
