Got these for my 3 yr old who I'm trying to get use to putting on and taking off her own shoes. We live in Japan so we're constantly removing/putting on shoes. These are very easy for her to do herself and she seems to love that. I also like the way they have the laces on there so they look nicer than the velcro straps. There is Velcro on one side of the laces but she doesn't bother to undo it since the laces stretch a bit, she just holds the tongue of the shoe & slips her foot in. Would recommend these to anyone with young kids who are starting to become independent.

These have been very durable shoes so far for my little boy. As you know, little boys can be rough on their clothes and shoes, but these shoes have really held up! I got them at a great price too!

These are cute as can be (or should I say cool and stylish?) and I love the velcro closure, easy as can be to put on which is huge when you're trying to hold a squirming newly-walking 10 month old still to get shoes on. I would recommend these to others. They seem to be of good quality construction.

My 2 1/2 year old daughter loves them and she can put them on herself as the velcro comes up the side so there are no "active" laces... A Good Buy

Cute shoes, accomodate my son's wide foot, and we love the yellow soles and velcro hidden behind the "fake" laces.
