Discount Rileyroos Infant Girls' Chessie Sandals
I was looking forward to getting these as I had heard good things about Rileyroos. First, let me say that when I first opened the box, I was overwhelmed by some weird chemical smell (from the rubber on the soles I am assuming). I mean the smell is really THAT bad. Once I got past the smell, I tried them on my 22 month old's feet, and they seemed to be the same size as what she has now in her Stride Rite shoes which are size 6. These were supposed to be size 7. My toddler loves shoes normally, and after running around in these for a minute, quickly pulled them off and said "no shoes". I asked if she liked them and she said "no". I think her feet were crammed, and she may have liked them if they were a true 7 (which is what she was just sized at). I think the company just makes a guess as to sizing, as when we got the box, it only said Sz. Large (18-24 months). I liked the styling and they looked like they should have been comfortable, but I still will not be trying this in a bigger size, because I don't want to mess with the smell or with playing around trying to find the right size.
