I'm not one to write reviews but given the bad customer service I had to speak up. I did receive the item promptly, however after a few wears we noticed the fabric near the lacings started to tear and it is now a severe rip in the sneaker. I've contacted the seller repeatedly and been told it is outside of the return policy. However, this is clearly a defective item! I have bought many Polo sneakers and have never seen this issue ever. Polo typically lasts for a long time (years). It's such a shame. I would have bought more products from Jimmy Jazz Inc. But clearly will take my business elsewhere!

Will buy again...shoe fit was totally what my husband was looking for and style looks better in person! I received this product promptly, the style and model and size was true to the description. My family loves Ralph Lauren products and the Mens footwear are simply the best.
