Had heel spurs causing unbelievable pain 15 years ago, no help from many Drs., then starting wearing these and pain disappeared unless I was barefoot. Haven't gone without them in 15 years and they work great. Other inserts di not work either, only these. Highly recommended.

I have had problems with heels spurs for a few years now and can't afford to purchase the custom-made orthotics, and my insurance will not pay for them. Spenco was recommended by my podiatrist and once I started using them I have not looked back because they are fantastic. Definitely the next best thing to custom-made orthotics.
