These shoes are great. They are lightweight but still durable. I have been running every other day for two months and the shoes are still holding up well.

I recently bought a pair of Mizuno Wave Ronin 5 and a pair of Wave Rider 16. The Wave Rider are slightly bulkier, with more cushioning. I use them to run on tarmac and hard surfaces (the cushioning protects my knees and back). I use the Ronin for softer trails and treadmill. The Ronin are very light and still do provide good cushioning. They're so comfortable, it feels like wearing slippers. The mesh provides very effective foot aeration. I really like these shoes, plus they look great. The only minor point for improvement would be to improve the upper foot stability as the laces feel sometimes a bit loose (but I'm nit-picking). All in all Mizuno make great running and soccer shoes.
