Just like the title says, these are good for indoor gym work on mats. They are nice and snug and have held up reasonably well so far. I got them as "barefoot" shoes to work out in and I'm happy with them.

The shoes were made out of good material but I couldn't tell how they would really work or really how they would feel while doing Taekwondo because the shoes were too big.
