I have arthritis in my hands, hips, knees and feet--these shoes are so good for my feet that I don't hurt even after walking or exercising. This is my third pair of Ryka shoes--I also have their Aqua shoes for my water aerobics class and they prevent me from Ryka Women's Studio D Training Shoeputting too much stress on my joints. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I bought this shoe specifically for Jazzercise, and I've worn it a few times on errands. It has been a terrific, supportive, and light shoe. I still use my Power Steps inserts in all my shoes, no matter the brand, b/c I feel it helps support the arch more.

Love this Shoe! I've been wearing this model to Zumba, Kickboxing and general conditioning classes for 2 years, now. I'm on my 3rd or 4th pair have just ordered 2 more because it looks like it is disappearing fast (Ryka has stopped making it??) I wear these shoes with orthotics and am rather wide in the toe area, so the extra room this shoe provides there works really well for me. Just the right kind of support, cushioning and traction so you can do twists and turns without getting stuck and stressing the joints. I never thought I'd make it this far in Zumba as I've got plantar fascitis and other problems in both feet so, it's very easy to end up with extremely sore and unhappy feet such that walking becomes a problem. Not with these shoes, though! Thanks Ryka and Amazon. Ryka, please don't discontinue these shoes!!! Your other styles are cut quite differently and won't fit me (I've tried) so I'll need to look everywhere else...

I was very happy to find this shoe on amazon. It was $15 less than I found everywhere else. I was told at an athletic store to buy a 1/2 size up from what I normally wear to allow for room inside when I jump and move so my toes aren't squished. I feel there may be a bit too much room though. I love the look of these shoes and love the mesh on top, it lets in a great breeze. They are very comfy while exercising and jumping. I use them for Jazzercise (aerobics). You can't see it in the photo but the white leather in the front has white flowers. I recommend these shoes.

This is a great shoe for Zumba true to size. The bottom lets you do all the twists and turns without getting stuck and twisting your knees. Only wish it had a stronger arch support but still give it 4 stars!
