I do insanity workouts every day and this shoe is NOT intended to do any of those high intense cardio workouts. They are beautiful shoes very comfortable for walking and fashionable. I get lots of complements when I use them to go out. So if you think of buying them for high intense workouts... PLEASE DON'T.

These are great sneakers. They look amazing and the fit is true to size. I workout everyday and have a number of more expensive sneakers and these are just as comfortable. These sketchers have a great vibrant look and they do not fall short on quality. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed. Hope this helped
