These are very good looking sneakers plenty of compliments but not why I bought them. These are the most expensive sport shoes I have ever purchased and, of course, I expected them to last. No so much. Soles are wearing quickly AND the laces have already failed. Emailed Ecco about the laces and they pointed me to shoelaceexpress.com without even so much as a hint at what laces to buy. Shame on them. Good luck Ecco. Way to not stand behind your product. UPDATE After 3 insistent emails Ecco "found" some laces in the warehouse and are sending them to me.

I bought these shoes because they r very nice looking and light weight and allow my feet to "breathe". However they are/ were not worth the money that Ecco wants for them!! The laces started coming apart after only 3 months of wearing the shoes and the inside lining started to tear!! I told Ecco about it and all the did was give me a $100 credit to use on THEIR shoes ONLY!! And of course they dont have any other shoe that appeals to me. SO now Im stuck w/ a $100 credit that I prob wont use!! Very disappointed in Ecco! Will not buy Ecco shoes ever again!!

I love ECCO shoes and have several pairs. These are the first pair of active wear ECCO shoes that I have purchased in my years of buying ECCOs. I don't care for the way the shoe strings work with the clasp holding them instead of just tying the shoes. It makes the shoes feel loose on my feet and there is a seam inside the shoe that catches my toenail when I get up from kneeling.

Ecco is a favorite brand for both of us. For Fathers' Day, we bought these shoes for my husband. He wears them daily when hiking with our dogs. They are fantastically comfortable, which is what shoes should be. Who can ask for more?
