Got the shoes a week ago and can't take them off. It snowed, rained, and became bitterly cold all in the same week and the shoes held up great during it all.

This is my first set of gortex shoes and I'm impressed with the combination of warmth and breathability.

This shoe is very comfortable right out of the box. I am wearing smart wool socks and my foot feels wrapped in cushion for long hikes. I just wipe it off with a damp rag and it looks like new. It's a bit heavier than my Saucony Outlaw trail shoes, but feels like you could walk in it all day. I found it on sale at an outlet store. I plan on wearing them for a 93km trek through the Andes to Machu Picchu in May.

These are comfortable hiking shoes I bought for my husband, who needs a wider toe box, but doesn't take a wide shoe. He's very happy with the fit. The shoe looks sturday, is comfortable, and well made. Looking to hike 500 miles with these. Will keep you posted on how they do.

They are very comfortable and very tough. I walked about 15 kilometers and considered it would be a good shoe for long distance hiking. Since it has a good isolation it might be better to be used in cold environments.

Im not much of a hiker but I work at a ranch and I like walking and hunting so they sure did satisfy me.
