I love these shoes, I call them my 'gym in a box'. I go to the track with my son, and I walk a few laps while he jogs. The shoes are heavy, so you get a real leg workout just moving these things around. My hips were tired, in a good way. Couple that with the unstable nature of the sole, and man your legs do get some exercise.

I had been dieting for months and bottomed out on weight loss. Just adding these shoes to the regimen , and I lost another 2 pounds really quickly. Maybe I walk more because I have the shoes, who knows really. I just wear them when ever I can they are really comfy when they are not wearing me out!

I can't attest to anything about shaping the glutes or posture or anything, I feel them 100% in my legs. The rest is bonus if true.

I wear these shoes 12 hours a day and have never had a more comfortable shoe. I have spring in my step with these things. I immediately bought a second pair for my partner. A+++

i actualt bought 2 pairs of these shoes, they are by far the best shoes i have ever bought, i tried rockports, them new reebok with the funny looking z pattern on the bottom, these sketchers blow them all away, i think they look a little funny, but the comfort of them far outway the looks.

I have chronic knee problems and because of that, walking tends to be quite painful for me. These sneakers are extremely comfortable, and walking in these is actually pleasurable. I recommend Sketchers Shape-ups for nearly anyone. They're fantastic shoes. I also have the Shape-ups Oxford that I wear to work and they're great also, but these particular sneakers exceeded my expectations of comfort. If you get them... ENJOY!

I think the fit was a bit tight in size 13 for me, but I am sure it will get better with wear. I worry a bit about being more likely to twist my ankle in them, but that hasn't happened yet.

I haven't noticed any difference in them "sculpting" my legs or some of the other claims. I bought these because I tried them on at a store and loved all the cushioning on the bottom.

I wore these to a few amusement parks recently where I was on my feet a lot. I did notice my lower back wouldn't hurt like it usually does when I am on my feet a lot, but my feet still got pretty sore after a while, perhaps worse than normal shoes.

Overall, I recommend them and prefer them to traditional shoes.
