THE SHOE HAS GOOD ARCH SUPPORT AS WELL AS ALL AROUND STABILITY. THE SHOE IS WELL CUSHIONED & COMFORTABLE. THE GEL WORKS GREAT.WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY . MY GRAND DAUGHTER & HER PEDIATRITION QUIT COMPLAINING ABOUT HER FLAT FEET. LIKE ALL ASICS IT RUNS A LITTLE SMALL. MAY WANT TO GO UP A 1/2 SIZE.

I bought these for my 4 year old as he is tall and has slightly wider feet then most of-the-shelf shoes. These are perfect, not only do they look and feel just like my ASICS Men's Gel-Kayano 19. Great quality shoe for everyday wear and perfect for my son's prep school wear. They take a beating and still come back looking like new after a quick clean.
