I have and very much like a couple of other Puma styles (Faas 250s and the H-Street+) that feel generous in this same size, and have comfortably worn Faas 250s in a half size down, but the Shintai feels shorter and with a narrow toe box, so it's going back. It was comfortable enough during a quick try-on, although I never wore it out to say how it performs. I wasn't too blown away by the look; I'm a sucker for the orange, but the shape seemed puffier on the foot than I prefer. What with my general meh on the shoe, I probably won't bother to order/try on a size up.

Its a lightweight shoe but if i wear it for long my feet hurt. Overall a good shoe, just make sure you order 0.5 to 1 size more than what you usually wear.

All I can say is that this running shoes, look great, feel good and the price is right. Love them, just make sure you order yours a half size larger. Puma tends to make shoes smaller the other brands.

The only reason i gave it a 3 star is because the packaging was not good as it has always been for the past 6 years that i have been buying on Amazon. The right shoe looks like it was used for display somewhere, it looks used and has a small tear on the side. I can't return it because I am a soldier and is the only shoes i have for the gym here in Afghanistan. On the other hand the shoes are light, pretty and great for Insanity workouts and running.

My son picked these out from the images on the product page. They looked great of of the box. He liked the feel of them. Well after 6 weeks they have almost fallen apart. Where do I start. Well after 2 days of school I asked him why his shoes were so discolored. He said that he had just worn them around for recess and class. They fabric turned an ugly brown-orange and they did not come clean even with oxyclean. Next are the laces. I understand that laces fray and need to be replaced but after 6 weeks? That is not the worst... it is coming. After I washed them, I removed them to dry from the washer and noticed that on one of the shoes the entire front sole has worn so much that there was a hole big enough for my thumb to fit. The other shoe had some wear but nothing like the other one. I have never seen that on casual school shoes (have seen it on shoes for tennis). These might be good running shoes but they should not be bought for young boys. I thought Puma was a good brand these days.
