I adore these shoes. I am on my second pair, that's how much I like them. They keep your feet cool, they look good, they can get wet, they are light and comfortable, I really like wearing them. The only problem I've experienced with them is that my first pair developed a hole in the sole after four months. Now, keep in mind, that was four months of almost daily, all-day, wear. So if you use these just for running, they would probably last longer. We'll see how long my second pair lasts.

(As to fit I wear a US size 10 women's shoe I ordered the size 41 Vivobarefoot shoe, and the shoe itself fits me fine, but the sock insert does not fit. If I wanted the sock to fit me I would need to go up to the 42.)

I've been wanting to buy these shoes for a while and finally decided to purchase them when they went on sale. For a minimalist shoe, they are amazing. They're comfortable and conform to the foot very well and leave plenty of space for the toes to be able to move around as you run. I haven't had them long enough to see how they are going to hold up, but they have done great so far through regular use and 2 5K's.

The insert fits like a glove, however I did have some issues with it digging into the top and back of my ankle. I realized this would be an issue to break them in and loosen them up a bit around the ankle area so I wore them around my house for a couple of days before doing any running.

I ordered a half a size up since everybody seemed to have issues with them being a little tight and it was a smart choice. They fit perfectly.

It does take getting used to the idea of running with these, but they are great for walking. I have a pair of the manufacturers ballet slipper and love them, so I thought I would try this for walking and give them a partial thumbs up. If you are used to a padded running shoe with lots of support, this is not for you. They do fit very tight, so go one half size up for comfort. Tough to get on, but they fit like a glove when you do get them secured.

but I have problem to 'enter' the shoe due to my wider feet. (but not super wide thought)

it was a 'good work out' before my two feet in.

and I felt it lack of support.

I got these shoes at a great price. I was looking to explore a minimalist shoe since I experience knee pain sometimes when I go for walks. I didn't like the appearance of the Vibrams, they look ridiculous. My friend who does research and writes about exercise physiology recommended this brand to me. The first time I went on a walk, my knee pain was gone by about 50 percent and since then when I walk, I get no knee pain. They are super comfortable and very cool looking. I get comments on them that they look unique and nice looking. What more can you ask from a shoe than all that? I would totally buy these shoes again.

I bought the one with the liner and it fit me fine, wasn't too big but without the liner they for sure would have been too big.
