Much better construction than some of the other BIOM shoes. Very light and breathable. If by "running" you strictly intend to run in a straight line then this shoe delivers. If you have any hopes of using with other sports / training / lifting then try again. Sending back.

Fits great and provides excellent support. Had an earlier version which I also thought was very good. Would definitely buy again.
