I have a cyst in between my toes that has widened my forefoot, plus numerous past surgeries to fix other foot problems starting at birth. I run numerous long distance races a year and generally buy Montrail or Altra trail runners, which both support a "real" shaped foot and allow me to spread out my toes but still have some support. Out of the box the GoLite impressed me and fit well. They hug my heal on the uphills yet let my forefoot spread out on the flats, and they don't crowd my toes on the downhill. I run 30-50 miles a week on aggressive, steep trails. These shoes will not bother my feet, even on ultra distance runs. Happy to have discovered them!

hopefully they will break in and be as comfortable, loved my first pair but could not find the exact ones. These are trail running and therefore the soles are thicker and stiffer, not quite as "natural feeling". Still a good pair of shoes

This shoe fits great. I generally wear a size 8 and these in a size 8 fit perfect. I like the negative heel. They have plenty of room in the toe area, which is one of the things I look for in a shoe. They are cute....look good with jeans, shorts.
