Runs at least a size small; I usually take a 9 w; a 91/2 D was too short and I returned the shoes (thanks, Amazon!). Nice-looking walking shoes.

When purchasing this pair of shoes, I would have like to have known that the arch is LOW and the heel is wide. I need the opposite. I need a high arch which this doesn't have, but that information was not available on this site. I did go out and purchase a high arch support to put into these shoes. I'm getting by, but the style of shoes don't support my feet in the right areas, so my feet and legs hurt at the end of the day. Not good for me, but might be good for someone else.

They company was really great on shipping and getting these shoes to me. No complaints on these at all. They are great.

I've worn New Balance shoes for years. Always have to order online because I need 2A. I ordered these shoes in 10.5 2A like all my other shoes but they were too small. So I returned them and got the next size up. There was no difference in the two pairs. My toes came all the way to the end of the shoe. It cost me almost 10 dollars to return them even though they should have fit. Guess I won't be buying anymore New Balance shoes.

These are comfortable, but run very small. I wear a 9 in regular shoes, 9 1/2 in running shoes and I had to get a size 10 in these. I also found them to be lacking in arch support. They are comfortable and warm, though.

I always purchase New Balance shoes as they are usually the only company that is narrow foot sizes. This shoe fits like I expected I have only one minor complaint. The collar of the shoe tends to fit too snug around the ankle and just below the ankle bone. I have found this to be true of many of the New Balance line. However, this does not stop my from purchasing their shoes as I really like their products.
