Very good and comfartable for training and yoga. My friend is very happy with this choise. Nike is a good one to go.

I like the fact that these shoes are very light weight, however, they provide absolutely no support and very little stability. There is no arch so after a relatively short period of time my feet ache. I had to buy a pair of orthotics in order to use them.
