I like minimalist shoes, and these are terrific for that. I used to run with the T6, and while I don't like these quite as much, I do like them. In terms of fit, I usually wear size 12 in most running shoes, but on these Brooks (and the T-6 as well), I had to get size 13 in order to fit. The one minor thing I don't like, which will prevent these from being my go-to shoes for running is the way the laces are done. They are off-center, and tie very much off to the outside of the shoe. You can't really tell from these side shots, but if you look straight down at the shoe, its very obvious. While it kind of looks cool, it does affect the lacing and the way the shoe feels on the foot in a way that is very noticeable. Some people might like it, but it makes my feet feel lopsided.

The toe box is a good fit but it has a narrow arch area. The foamy bottom is very slippery on a rubber indoor track, work better on carpet or dry pavement. Extremely light shoe that makes you feel very fast. I like the way it fits and feels in general, not enough support for long distance runs with my slight pronation. This shoe is geared more towards a neutral gait.

I recently purchased a pair of T7 racers and was amazed at how light and fast they felt. If you like a somewhat narrow toebox, these shoes will make a terrific racing flat.
That said these shoes are sized EXTREMELY small. I typically wear a US 12.5 in ASICS Hyperspeeds but heard that these were a bit small, so I went with a size 13. These were easily still a half or full size small. I would have given these a full 5 stars if they weren't sized so ridiculously.
These should work for just about anyone for up to 10K. Chrisse Wellington runs up to marathon in them at the end of an Ironman, but as a 170lb 6'1" dude, I wouldn't feel comfortable in them for more than a half. The inner feels comfortable enough to wear sockless, so it would probably work very well in short/international distance triathlons as well.

The reviews to date are spot on. I have run numerous marathons and am in the Marine Corps and these are my favorite running shoes. That being said I would not use them for every day running because they are not durable enough for it at least for me. They weigh almost nothing and are perfect for races and physical fitness tests. The laces like to come undone while running so be sure to tie the knots tighter than normal. Like the other people said they are sized small so order one size larger than normal and you should be okay.

These were reccomened to me by a member of my running club. Were hard to find local so decided to order online. I am glad I did, light and fast these are perfect for my speed days.
