I bought these for my 10 year old son who runs everything in to the ground. They have taken a beating and they're still in great shape!

My son had these shoes for a little over 3 months before they started to fall apart. The part that ripped on both shoes is the part where your ankle is; where the inside meets the lining. The rest of the shoe seems like a good quality shoe, but I won't be buying this brand again.

We picked out these shoes based on cost, quality and "coolness" factor. My daughter likes skate shoes but I am unwilling to pay big bucks for shoes that she will grow out of in a few months. The last pair of DC's wore well, so we ordered these. She is happy with the look and fit; I am happy with the construction and cost.

I'M HOPING THAT I CAN CHANGE MY REVIEW TO FIVE STARS BUT AT THIS POINT I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED, I'VE ORDERED A 3 WIDE TWICE NOW AS A GIFT FOR A CHILD'S BIRTHDAY AND THEY'VE SENT ME A 3 REGULAR TWICE. I'M HOPING THEY WILL SEND ME THE 3 WIDE I ORDERED ON THIS THIRD TIME I'M ORDERING THESE SHOES. I FEEL HORRIBLE THAT THE POOR CHILD CANNOT WEAR HIS SHOES, IT'S A TEASE TO HIM EACH TIME HE GETS THE WRONG SIZE IN THE MAIL :(

This shoe fits small. I ordered my son the 11 as my 3 year old is currently wearing a 10. The 11's are the exact same size as his current 10's from DC. I have returned them and ordered a different model for the following reasons: Has normal laces instead of the elastic (No tie) laces that DC uses on many of their kids shoes. Secondly (Personal taste) I didn't like the x-large 'DC SHOE USA' logo that wraps around the bottom of the shoe.
