These worked ok for me but did not feel great in my shoes. When running, they would move slightly and I would have to stop and adjust them. I used them sparingly for a couple of weeks but could never get comfortable with them. I do know other people who swear by them so I cannot say that they will not work for everyone.

Fantastic product a lot better than Superfeet, which tends to hurt my feet when I run. I run on average 40-50 miles a week, so this is a big help.

I purchased a pair of these at the Cooper River Bridge Run Expo. One of the designers was actually there measuring folks on their foot device that you stand on to see what type of arch you have. I put them in my light weigth Niki running shoes and after the 6.2 mile event (I walked it) my feet were tired as expected by no heal pain or plantar fasciatis pain that I usually have after walking just 2 miles at home with my Dr Sholes inserts. While pricy...these seem to be worth every penny. It is important to have your feet looked at so that you know the proper type you need. Finally, something that works for me.

There's medical names for fallen arches and other things that make your feet hurt; I have those problems in both feet and need inserts to stay comfortable. I bought my first pair a few months ago to replace a similar product I'd been using (but was sold out). Within a day or two my feet started feeling better again as these offered the right amount of support for my arch and heel. I have worn these at several trade shows and they've made the difference as I'm able to outlast coworkers with healthy feet. I don't wear run, so I can't tell you about how they work in running shoes, but for everyday they've been great.
