I buy these a half size larger than I usually wear and I'm a walker not runner but from the moment I put them on I've loved them! This particular model of the Nike Flex is so incredibly lightweight that until you actually handle the shoe, you won't believe it. This exact style has been modified midfoot on the outside of the shoe and I can't say how the inside fits, but this particular model is heaven for my achy middle aged feet. I already completely wore one pair out, this is my second.
