These are my favorite running shoes of all time. I've run in Reebok, Nike, and Saucony in previous years. When I found the Skecher's Resistance Runners I bought a pair just to try them, because I liked the extra cushioning they provided (I run on the road). What I found is that they not only provide lots of cushioning for your knees, they also give you a superb workout.
I do not like the ultra thin shoes that mimic running barefoot. I believe this is setting you up for medical problems down the line. So I'm sticking with Skechers Resistance Runners. I like them so much I bought 5 pairs of them, so I'll have plenty as the years go by. I hope they continue to make this shoe. It is far superior to the other running shoes (both Skechers and other brands) that don't provide much cushioning nor stability.
