I have recently taken up trail jogging as part of my my fitness routine. My daughter wants emulate me and has been bugging to accompany during these sessions. She is 8 and I was surprised she did not take a break for the first 2 miles. According to her the shoes offer good foot support and she does not get tired as quickly as she used to be with her other Nike shoes. Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend it.

For my son and he said it is quite more comfortable comparing to his last Nike. The price is also quite good.

We bought these in green, a little boy's size 12, have been using for about 6 months. We have an issue with the soles being slippery when he encounters wet pavement. Look great still and wanted to order more for other son, but the slips scare me. Not clear from examing sole why this should be so.

I'm a runner and have been wearing Asics exclusively for 20+ years. I looked up kids shoes just out of curiosity not expecting them to be so affordable. At this price they are cheaper than our boys' regular shoes so I bought a pair and they are fantastic! Not sure how another review would question the durability-these are kids shoes. Our shoes have lasted much longer than what I'm used to seeing. The value would be incredible even if they weren't produced by the best name on the market. What's more, you'll be amazed how much lighter they are compared to regular shoes. I would pay twice this price and consider it a good deal.

My daughter went through two pairs of these shoes over the course of 6 months due to the toe rubber and the front of the sole separating from the shoe itself. In the beginning, they were great, but after a few months of daily wear to school they started to look really worn out and shabby. I found a different brand that has held together perfectly over the same amount of time as the two Asics combined. There are better shoes out there for the price.
