I haven't been a runner for very long (I started running in June, 2010), but I know what a good running shoe feels like for my feet--and this is it. I have wide feet, and my feet are VERY wide from the balls of my feet to the tips of my toes. While I do like Asics, I have found that Saucony is the only brand that has a roomy toebox to accomodate my freakishly wide feet, and doesn't cramp my toes. These shoes in particular are very light and comfortable, and provide very good support while running (I have some high arches to go along with my wide feet, and these don't make my feet hurt after pounding in them for a few miles). I love to run races in them (5Ks and 10Ks) because they are so light, and they are durable. Overall, I would highly recommend these for anyone who runs those short races, and anyone who wants a good value shoe for their money that will last them through the miles. For anyone who still wants a roomy toebox but with more cushioning, I would recommend the Saucony Grid Cohesion 3--a great, low-priced shoe that is also very comfortable (but not as light as these are).

I'm a licensed massage therapist and I'm on my feet all day long. Previously, I have purchased the Cohesion 3 and I loved them! I have recommended them to several patients because there is a considerable difference in the pressure I feel in my back when I wear these. The pain is alleviated considerably.

However, the Raider Running Shoe is not as stable or supportive as the Cohesion 3. They definitely are not as comfortable as the Cohesion 3.

Love the look....love the feel....love the support! Great workout sneaks! Not really pink though......the true color is more like maroon.

I'm a huge Saucony fan and have several pairs of their shoes. These are extremely comfortable. I'm able to wear these to the gym, outside running or just out casual. I have a "new" spare pair in my closet. :)

I bought these shoes on the recommendation of my sister who is a serious runner. I am a walker, not a runner, but I have lower back arthritis that is aggravated by impact sports, so I need a shoe with a lot of cushion.

When recommending the shoe, my sister said that they had a fitted heal and wide toe, which I found to be true. This means that my feet get structure exactly where they need it, and they are not heavily bound up in the toe. They have just the right balance.

I typically walk about 4.5 miles per session. I have not had back or foot pain related to walking since I bought these shoes.

My one complaint is that they don't breath quite as well as other shoes I have had. My feet sometimes get very hot inside of them. Wearing the thinnest possible socks seems to help.

One last note, they are perfectly true to size. I am a 7.5. 8's are too big, 7's are too small. These shoes fit me perfectly.
