This is a nIce looking shoe but quite narrow in fit and I would suggest going up at least half a size. NIce and light and great for sprinting.

I got these for my 14 year old daughter. She normally wears a 7.5 or 8, but we had to get a 8.5. I know that track spikes are supposed to fit snug, but if you don't have a super narrow foot, I strongly suggest ordering up at least one half size.
That being said, these track shoes look great on, and after looking in countless local sports stores, I was so glad to actually find a pair on Amazon. All of our local stores were basically sold out. Thanks for saving the day, Amazon!

This shoe is nice and light, although the materials look as though they will stand up to some wear. Spikes are removable even though that feature is not stated in the description. The fit is narrow, but not too narrow it was perfect for the narrow-to-average fit we needed. Probably wouldn't work for someone who tends to the wide side of the range. Very happy for the price.

I bought this to take back with me for my daughter in India who has started training recently. She loved the color and fit(I bought a half size bigger as I read reviews that suggested doing so) and her coach thought it was a really professional and well made shoe.
