Although I enjoy these casual heels, please know the color shown on the site is misleading. The color in the picture appears to be a tan color. However, the color you get in person is a somewhat two-toned brown and then grey outlined effect. (See my photo above.) I guess Steve Madden covers their bases by using a vague description as "taupe" (a dark brown/tan-ish grey color) and "multi". Unfortunately, when you are shopping online you only have pictures to rely on for reference. I am a Steve Madden fan till the end, but I am sincerely disappointed in the inaccuracy of whoever edited this photo.
On a lighter note, these are the perfect heels for women who typically don't like heels. The hidden wedge is comfortable and well supported. Because your foot is lifted, it makes your legs appear leaner and lengthened. And they look good with a pair of skinny jeans, as well as shorts. Oh and for those that may have wide feet or hammer toes, (I have both!) these shoes will still fit! My favorite aspect about them is how I feel. I can go from day to night and not feel frumpy at the bar for happy hour after a long day of work.

Very comfortable. Only draw back is the light colored sole that absorbs all street dirt. Hard to clean that part of the shoe

I love these! They are REALLY comfortable. I can't stress that enough! Really perfect for a day out and about. If you're a high heel person like me, this pair should be a great replacement for it from time to time due to its hidden wedge inside. They still give you an added boost except it feels really great under your feet. I got mine in Taupe since it matches with almost anything and I have no regrets from getting them... Even if the price is kinda high. I love Steve Madden! :)

These shoes are really awesome, because they have a fit around your ankle that supports it without you having to tie the laces really tight.(the laces are more for fashion purposes) The only thing I thought I would either have to get used to or change, was that the insole was a little hard. This made it a little uncomfortable to stand straight in for a long while, but it will probably go away as you get used to the shoe. Overall this is a really cute shoe with (what I thought was) 5/6 comfortableness. Hope you enjoy!
