There is no support in these shoes. None. But you will find that your knees and hips ache much less than if you were wearing cushioned shoes. The soles and heels of your feet initially hurt a bit more as you get used to them, but the payoff is big in that there is so much less fatigue in the rest of your body right from the very beginning. I usually wear a US size 9.5/10 and a Euro 40. I ordered the 41, and they fit okay, but since I want another pair anyway, I'll order my next pair in the size 40.

I like barefoot running shoes and these are some of the best that I've tried. They fit well and are very comfortable and long lasting.

I purchased this shoe for my wife. I have already been wearing minimal shoes for crossfit, play and work for some time. She finally wanted to start getting into shape and the first time she went to a free crossfit with her thick trainers on she twisted her ankle. She asked me to see if i could find for her a good minimal shoe. the first shoe i got her was a casual vivobarefoot for her to walk around in on off days and get used to it. within a month she said if there was a more sporting shoe because she began to use her casual shoe for crossfitting because it was so comfortable. when she got this one she enojyed it even more. she especially keeps mentioning how much she loved that she can feel everything as she is running over it and does not get hurt because she can react to it so well. she has been using it for crossfit and running for two weeks straight now so twelve hours in fourteen days. The shoe has been impecable for her the entire time.

they feel fabulous and look as well, but the quality sucks. after two weeks of normal walking the glue starts already cracking from the sides of the shoes. sad case. other wise i'd wear only vivo shoes.
