I have had numerous foot/toe problems for years, and have tried so many commercial and professional insoles and orthotics that I've lost count. Finally, the 3010, and the 3030, appeared in a web search, and I have struck gold. The foot bed appeared a bit odd at first, but it makes sense. The design leaves a groove that takes the pressure off my plantar area, and I think that is the key for me. The heel cup is deep and well cushioned, and the overall support for the entire foot bottom is excellent. My heel pain and plantar area are so much better. I have walked and jogged with these insoles for 2 months, and my early 5-star impression holds. I have purchased several pairs just to have them on hand, and the original pair is still going strong. I can only say they work for me.

I always replace the insoles in my shoes with these. I've tried almost every imaginable brand and keep coming back to these. They're good for about six months. That may sound expensive, but divide 365 days by $80 and decide whether living without foot and knee pain is worth less than a soda to you.

These insoles are great for Morton's Neuroma. I bought them to put in my shoes for work. I cannot believe the difference in my foot! I noticed the first day I wore them that my foot was not sore. Very comfortable. I recommend them to anybody with Morton's Neuroma.

I have flat feet and I'm a 14 quadruple wide shoe size. I could never quite get these to fit right. I don't want to say there's anything wrong with them, they just weren't for me.
