Our son has spina bifida, and recently started using a wheeled stander. He needed new AFO's (ankle-foot-orthodics) for stability with standing, and a shoe to fit over that was wide enough. After purchasing shoes from a local store, then returning them because they were not wide enough, we decided to take a chance on these. I am so glad we did! The width is perfect for fitting over the AFO's, and the price is much better than the specialty shoes made specifically for them. Thank you Saucony, for making XW shoes in little sizes, and thank you Amazon for carrying them!Perfect size. The only drawback is that the cords are very long. On the picture it looks like you don't need to tie them.

These shoes are SO cute! I just wanted a pair to wear around the gym. Didn't want anything big or clunky. These are perfect! Very light-weight and comfortable. I read previous reviews and saw they were cut small so I ordered 1/2 size up. I had to send them back because they were too big! I got my regular size of 6-1/2 and they fit perfectly. Very happy with these!

Background...
-Avid Recreational Runner... about 10 miles a week (wish can run more but has 3 small kids)
-Has run the MCM
-Has run several 10-milers or shorter
-Pace around 11:15 per mile
-Has plantar fasciitis (uses Medical insoles)... so no more marathons for a while
Enough of me now about the shoe. I "upgraded" to this shoe from the regular MR770. There wasn't much of a difference but I did notice a better and more comfortable padding. It's still overall the same shoe but newer.
PROS:
-COST... I paid $70 for the shoe... great value for a great shoe
-FIT... I have custom insoles that add about a half centimeter to my heel but I have no issues with the shoe slipping off (or feels like it's slipping off)
-Color... I got the Silver/Lime... not a bad liik

I have run about 20 miles on these sneakers so far and they seem to provide decent stability. I would have to say that these shoes are ok, but not great. After my first run I had to replace the insoles with something that would give me more support. For the price they are decent running shoes. Purchased these to replace a 2 year old pair of running shoes (not frequently used). They fit perfectly and felt like the old ones--except cushioning in sole is MUCH better (as expected). These are a good overall shoe for someone with no specific symptom/running style who will be running on level surfaces. For me, NB has consistently provided shoes that fit across many different styles (running, tennis, minimal, etc.). I run 5K an average of 5-6 days a week. My shoes seem to last about 3 months so I hate buying expensive versions since they tend to lose the cushioning so soon.I like New Balance and these were a great price!
Hi-Tec Men's Altitude IV Hiking Boot Reviews
These have been great boots. I am on my fourth pair of the Altitude seriesa version I, version II, and now 2 version IVs. All have been good buys for me. The version IV have been the best but all have been good.
First, I have a high arch and have always been hard on any footwear with a tendency to walk on the 'outside' of my foot. I wear these boots to travel in and work in while traveling. Many a mile in airports, many miles on concrete, gravel, dirt, and inside simulation facilities. When I travel I tend to only take these boots my work rarely requires dress clothes, the boots look good in an open collar work environment, they are comfortable, and taking only 1 pair of shoes does cuts down on packing requirements quite a bit for longer trips (3 weeks or longer in duration).
I have taken these boots on three overseas trips they did well in the Scottish highlands (twice), and London. They did equally well on the beaches of Hawaii, Myrtle Beach, and Cancun. They have done me well in wet and sand hot and cold.
To add to this endorsement, not only am I hard on shoes I am also quite fat these days topping 300 pounds. For my health I maintain a walking routine of 1-3 miles a day whenever possible. When I travel, these boots are also my walking shoes.
In general Hi Tec have always fit me well. I go back 40 or so years to wearing the Lite series of Hi Tecs while I was in my running the Appalachians days. Given my high arches, a tendency for very bad calluses, rebuilt right ankle, 2 knees that varied doctors have wanted to cut on since early Army days, and now my weight I am very picky on shoes. These are the best of the Hi Tec boot types that I have found.
I suspect I have seen the best of my current set of boots maybe six more months or so of regular wear till they become yard work shoes till their final demise. I have never worn out the uppers in these boots. I have worn the sole down to a smooth surface and worn out the insides (after using new insole inserts a couple of times). They are tough boots.
And I have a back up pair ready to take the place of the current set.
On a down side, these style of boots (in general, not just Hi Tec) are not sturdy enough for doing squats in Power Lifting circles. One needs a higher and stiffer boot than what the modern ilk of hikers provides. This is the only limitation I have found for these boots.

I soon found that my best New Balance shoes were not up to the task: the terrain soon overwhelmed them, and as the day went on, their ability to support my 200 lb. body failed. By the end of the day, my feet hurt so bad that I could barely walk. I was told that I absolutely needed to find a good pair of hiking boots if I was going to continue hiking.
I am one of those people who first do a lot of research before I make a new purchase, comparing features, price, availability, technical reviews, and feedback from those who have already made their choice. In the price range I was looking for, the signs all pointed to Hi-Tech. Lots of folks carried them, but Amazon's price was clearly the best. And so, tentatively, I ordered a pair.
I have now been wearing these boots for three months, and I have yet to put my New Balance back on for everyday use. I still wear business shoes to work, and the New Balance to run in, but the Hi-Tech Altitude IVs are absolutely my favorite. Why?
1. The fit was perfect from the first time I put them on. In fact, I would have to say my feet felt better in them almost immediately. The width was exactly as I needed, and the arch was just high enough to give me full support for a full day and still enable me to do everything I need.
2. They needed no "break-in period" and felt right from the first time I wore them. Even the desert boots I wore in the Middle East needed some period to adjust to my feet and to the way I walk, and the steel-toed work boots I bought from Wal-Mart still hurt my feet (after occasional wear for over a year). But these feel like an extension of my feet and skin.
3. They are waterproof, yet still allow my feet to breathe. Even my kids no longer run out of the room when I take my boots off (which used to be a regular joke around my house).
4. They seem to be wearing like iron. After three months, I cannot see any wear at all, not even negligible amounts. So I won't be buying another pair for a while.
All in all, these boots have my STRONGEST recommendation. You may find more costly boots, but I challenge you to find any that are significantly better.

Review of Skechers Women's Go Walk Oasis Slip On
My daughter bought these in bright red, and they were so light and comfy i bought a pair for myself. I have wide-ish feet and a very high instep which makes it difficult to wear many styles of sneakers, but I did not find them too tight. To be fair, I tried these on in a store and knew to go up a half size. These are my new dog-walking favorites.
I also purchased the Skechers Go Walk Autumn, which are very comfortable and didn't need any breaking in.

This shoe is great for being on your feet all day. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't offer much (if anything) in the way of arch support. The cushioning was wonderful, though. I was able to power through several days in a row of standing and walking and just being on my feet for 8+ hours. My feet did swell in the heat and that made them a bit tight, but they have stretchy material for the tops that expanded with my foot and never got too uncomfortable. The shoe color is true to website picture. They fit well and are comfortable to walk in. The only problem I'm having is that my socks scoot down my heel because there isn't any structure to the shoe's heel it slides up and down as I walk. This isn't a problem if I'm not wearing socks. Had I known this would happen, I wouldn't have purchased them. It's cold in Michigan right now and I need socks to keep my feet warm. I wear a 6.5 and ordered that size, they fit very well and run true to size. I've worn them without socks and they are comfortable, and it's usually hard for me to find shoes that are comfortable without socks. The fabric on the Oasis is very stretchy so it almost feels like a snug pair of socks. I got the "stone" color and it is what i expected, a nice neutral halfway between light grey and khaki.I also purchased the Skechers Go Walk Autumn, which are very comfortable and didn't need any breaking in.

I am 5'1" and have always had an issue with the location of the bicycle handlebars being too low, high, or just too far from the seat causing me to overstretch my arms and back to reach the handlebars. Another issue I have with average size bicycles (24", 26", or larger), is the seat does not go down far enough for me to sit comfortable and paddle without almost tippy-toeing the paddles, making it difficult to go long distance without tiring out.
The Prodeco V3 Mariner Seven 8 speed folding electric bicycle is just right for my vertically challenged statue. The seat and handlebars are adjusted in comfortable positions that allow for longer rides (3 – 4 hours). My back, legs, neck, and arms do not feel strained and I feel like I got a great workout while enjoying and concentrating on the scenic route instead of exerting great physical energy to get me through the ride. If I encounter a challenging hill or incline, I just use e-motor to assist in a successful ascend to the top. Overall the ride is comfortable and smooth (well worth the price and effort).
I did encounter a small problem with the lower gears slipping but contacted tech support who recommended getting a derailment adjustment on the gears at a Pro Bike shop (about $20). They even offered to reimburse the cost of the derailment adjustment! I am going to get the adjustment this evening…...more to come. The weight of the bike is a little heavy (46 pounds), and requires slow maneuvers and tactics to get it in and out of the car trunk, etc. removal of the seat, battery, and handlebars to lighten the lift. Aside from that, I truly love my new Prodeco V3 Mariner Seven 8 speed folding electric bicycle and highly recommend it anyone who may encounter similar issues when riding average size bicycles.

I have two other uggs, one is the classic short and one is this classic mini. Both of my others are of the same high quality, the outside has the same feel and the inside has a very thick lining of sheepskin. This pair feels like velvet on the outside, not the same as the others. It is also much thinner in that the sheepskin lining is very thin and it feels like synthetic too. I am very dissapointed in the quality, but since times are tough I guess Ugg is cutting back as everyone else is.

The 2 stars are ONLY because the shoe looks amazing and NOT because of durability!!! I bought Air Max 2013 for my 9 yr. old son and liked them so much I bought me a pair of womens. Okay, I bought these slippers after my old Ugg ones (that I'd had for maybe 4 years) had totally worn out. I did love my Ugg ones but when I saw that these were, you know, SEVENTY dollars cheaper, I figured they were worth a shot. And I'm glad I took the chance!! They are just as warm and comfortable as my old expensive slippers. The people who have complained about them not covering enough of the foot, well, that's just this style. If you want something to cover the whole foot these are obviously not for you. Sometimes I have to wear them with socks when it's really cold to keep my ankles warm but that's okay in my book. The soles are nice because you can wear them outside (not extensively, but to take the trash out or something). Also, I ordered a whole size down and they fit great. Tight at first but loosened right up. Great slipper for a great price!

When I first tried on the EMU Australia Women's Jolie Slipper, I thought it was a bit tight (especially after wearing my very stretched old slippers). I had bought them in my normal shoe size although I planned to wear these slippers with gym socks. But I'm very glad I did not get a larger size because within no more than two days, the slippers fit perfectly even with my gym socks on. They had stretched and adjusted to the contours of my feet and now felt very comfortable: a larger size would have become too big and loose. These slippers have kept my feet warm and cozy in an apartment which gets a lot of cold air drafts coming in from various places along the floor. The slippers are quality workmanship: well made with thick rubber soles, tan sheepskin suede upper and thick wooley interior. This is a very lovely and well-made slipper. Super soft and comfortable. These scuffs keep your feet warm and dry (if your feet sweat like mine do). Ordered a 1/2 size down. Ex: I wear a 7 1/2 and ordered a 7 and the fit was perfect. The only thing I don't like about the slipper is that it does not cover as much of my foot as I want; it only comes to about mid-foot leaving the rest exposed. After a lot of shopping around, I purchased these EMU Jolie slippers in the chestnut color. I absolutely LOVE them! I keep them at the back door, and as soon as I get home, I take off my shoes/boots and slip into these. Oh my....they are soft, cushy, supportive, warm, and comfortable all rolled into one. I worried they would be hot and make my feet sweat. No problem there. My feet stay a comfortable temperature and are totally caressed. I did hesitate as I had never paid this much for a house slipper...but I am so-o glad I did. Take it from me, I totally endorse these! I normally wear 8 1/2 in shoes, but I purchased the 8 in these and they fit perfect. I am a picky shopper honestly. I will return any products with any problem. But for this EMU slippers I have to say it's so perfect. I bought Bearpaw Loki 2 from their website as a comparison and the Bear absolutely CAN'T defeat Emu. The foot bed is soooo soft and thick! You can't even feel the outsole cuz there is a thick layer of fur. And of course it keeps feet warm because of lots of thick and dense fur inside. I am Size 8 (EUR 38) and i bought size 7. It fits perfectly. The only issue is it doesn't cover too much. But i knew it before purchasing. I will highly recommend this item especially it's on sale. Will buy it again. Love EMU!
Best New Balance Men's IPR3010 Pressure Relief Insole Deals
I have had numerous foot/toe problems for years, and have tried so many commercial and professional insoles and orthotics that I've lost count. Finally, the 3010, and the 3030, appeared in a web search, and I have struck gold. The foot bed appeared a bit odd at first, but it makes sense. The design leaves a groove that takes the pressure off my plantar area, and I think that is the key for me. The heel cup is deep and well cushioned, and the overall support for the entire foot bottom is excellent. My heel pain and plantar area are so much better. I have walked and jogged with these insoles for 2 months, and my early 5-star impression holds. I have purchased several pairs just to have them on hand, and the original pair is still going strong. I can only say they work for me.

I always replace the insoles in my shoes with these. I've tried almost every imaginable brand and keep coming back to these. They're good for about six months. These insoles are great for Morton's Neuroma. I bought them to put in my shoes for work. I cannot believe the difference in my foot! I noticed the first day I wore them that my foot was not sore. I have flat feet and I'm a 14 quadruple wide shoe size. I could never quite get these to fit right. I don't want to say there's anything wrong with them, they just weren't for me.

Couldn't wait to try these on...looked at all the reviews I could find over the net and found mostly positive raves...opened the package to find these were more like those booties you used to wear as a kid...the sole on the bottom of these was so thin there was absolutely no support...and the "shoe" material was paper thin like lycra...just couldn't see myself paying $40 for a pair of socks. They do look nice on your feet though.
