I really like these shoes. I tried them on at an outlet and the fit was great. For running and walking, you need to get a 1/2 size larger than your normal size so i ended up with a size 9. I have narrow feet and high arches and usually a size 9 ends up being too wide and i cant tie them tight enough to stay put. Not a problem with these.

I was able to pull the laces to fit my foot and had plenty of room for my toes to spread out and wiggle. My foot doesn't slide around, it stays put. They are flexible and light-weight. I tried them out on a 2 mile jog/walk and they kept me going. Everything stayed in place and i could really get a good push off with each step. Extremely pleased and they are sharp looking too. Just the right amount of neon yellow to be a little flashy without feeling like a techno-colored athlete wanna be.

Unfortunately Nike is no longer producing this shoe. I have had the most difficult time finding another shoe that is as comfortable. Finally I came across a pair on Amazon, just wish you had another in my size, I would have stocked up.

The picture looks better than the actual shoe. The quality is good, just not the right running shoe for me . they are however great for a walking shoe.
