I was nervous when I tried these on the first time they're a little snug. I wouldn't get a size bigger than normal, but if you ride a size like me (7.5-8) I'd say go with the bigger size.

I've easily put 60 miles (mostly treadmill) on them, and I haven't had a single problem with the shoes. I also wear these for weight lifting & other cross training. They're just as bright and fun as you want them to be (I got the yellow).

I had some knee problems that I almost blamed on the shoes, but after a trip to a sports therapist doctor, I found out I wasn't engaging my glutes properly (weird I know!). I faithfully do my physical therapy and I'm running again without any issues.

Love the shoe! Fits a little small. Normally I wear a 7 and 1/2 but I ordered an 8 bit it is still on the small side. But the shoe itself is awesome! Love it for training and running on the track.

I really like the quality of Mizuno sneakers, and these are definitely made well. They are extremely lightweight and do run a bit small, about a 1/2 size small the only thing I wasn't aware of when I purchased them, is that the soles have little teeny "pegs" for tread probably really great traction for running, but I use them primarily for my Insanity workout, and I find that the soles are kind of uncomfortable with all the bouncing and jumping around I'm doing. Just a thought if you are thinking of buying them for something other than running.

I have run in these shoes for two years now and love them. They are a lite-weight minimal shoe, but provides just enough cushion for me. Had been in expensive Newtons for years, but these are even better.

My wife wanted a new pair of shoes before she ran her next marathon; this is what she chose. She has been running in them for about 2 weeks and has nothing bad to say. She typically runs in Mizunos, so it is not like she was gambling with this decision.

Overall they are very lightweight and comfortable. she runs about 4-8 miles every day (sometimes more).

She said these are wonderful shoes and she would buy another pair if she found it necessary.
