I have been in a bad way for about 5 years do to an accident I had that caused a horrible ankle fracture. After about 9 ankle surgeries, for fusions of the joints... my wonderful new Dr. performed an ankle replacement. After much mending I was finally told I could go back to wearing regular shoes. Prior to I had to wear "rocker bottom" shoes. So I had improved so much my husband bought us tickets to Ireland ... for that I will need something comfortable, water resistant, nice looking, and doesn't in any way hurt my foot! So I surfed and surfed the webs... of course I always come back to Amazon! There they were .. the boots I had been looking for all along.. I ordered them.. they came..tried them on..and Yureka! Perfect fit! Perfect all the way around! They are so comfy to walk in I couldn't of asked for anything better!! I would order them all over again! That's hard to come by because my foot and ankle are quite sensitive...yeah!!

I was looking for a low heel boot that would look good with jeans and, more importantly, would be great for walking. I'm extremely satisfied. Great boots!

This is one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've ever worn. I've been breaking them in for a trip to Ireland, but it was not needed; they've worn perfect since Day 1. Very stylish as I get lots of compliments on them. They also keep my feet dry in the rain, which is one of the primary reasons I bought them (for Ireland).

One tip with sizing: Order according to your size. I wear a 7.5, but with shoes that don't have half sizes, I order an 8. The 8 was too big and the 7.5 fit perfectly.

Comfortable and they look like dress shoes when worn with long pants (you get the regular clarks look), also good in snow. Gave it four stars because of the way they fit, they are loose around the ankle. Imagine short rain boots that can actually be worn to work... Life savers for me!

I ordered my normal size --(size 9) and the boots are a good fit. I ordered the patent leather; they can be worn with business casual attire, jeans, and dress slacks on wet days or in dry weather. I have purchased several pairs of Clark shoes and I have always been very satisfied with the day long comfort and wear of the Clark brand.
