I am a fitness trainer and instructor and workout a lot and everyday (all kinds of cross training) and I am working on my feet constantly. These are so great, so comfortable...really let you be multi-directional when you exercise, with some support (even though they say minimal, I felt safe and somewhat protected) and had lots of confidence. I got these as a lightweight exercise shoe. The fit was true and very comfortable right out of the box. I wore them to work for over 12 hours. They were still comfortable on my old tired feet. The style conscious teen boys and work fellows all liked them. I got the kiwi color from shoes.com. I am now ordering the gravel ones at amazon.

These shoes are cute and light-weight, but definitely minimalist. I was looking for something with more cushioning. But, if you are looking for a barely there shoe, I would recommend this model. Just not for me.

This is an attractive very light weight shoe. I don't detect any arch support, but that can be added with an insert. The thing I like best about this shoe is its semi smooth bottom that allows twirling and spinning during step class and Zumba without it grabbing the bench/floor and twisting my knees. Its rubbery sole doesn't slip on waxed hardwood, but does allow for dance moves better than a high traction shoe.

Shoes are comfortable and fits to the size, but I would get it a half a size larger because it fits right down to the T without having to wear socks.
