These insoles are doing wonders to wake up and exercise my lazy feet muscles. The instructions for the new model are on the company web site and work well enough. I must point out you are not supposed to choose a capsule you like but cycle thru all of them in turn. Its not fair to use some thing the wrong way and then hate on it.

I thought these would provide good outside of foot support where I need it from the description. A barefoot support usually implies that it gives good support and heal lower stretch or seating but these don't do that. I have one bad foot following surgery that helped with 40 year old broken foot problem that developed complications but the surgery itself left the foot weakend and needing really good outside support. This offers none. Like may of the classic even better made foot inserts for normal arch support for some reason if I switch the foot inserts around they give a bit better support where I need it but that's not what I really need for long term use...so very disapointed. The softest stage seems to offer no support to either foot mid ones caused pain in both foots arches...and I'm high arched. Finally the second from lowest was what I went with but they aren't cutting it at all even switching them around the left in the right shoe and vice versa. Also the quality is quite cheap and the materials are not very cushioned on the parts that do not have the extra padding. I can't recommend for the price and compared to other orthotic inserts. I ordered at the same time the inserts that make the shoes more like a rocker shoe and the quality is so much better and the results are quite a bit better too for approx the same price when you compare shipping on these today. Also there was no directions on how to use these. They were not wrapped in a company wrapper just came in a zip lock with no logo or name of any sort and no instructions. Your on your own to figure that out. It's not a rocket scientist though and so I could do that. Just overall won't buy again and sorry I invested in two pair. I may try to sell the extra on ebay...but without any information even a tag or something announcing the brand not sure it's worth the effort.
