This is my third pair and I will be ordering. I've purchased Sole inserts directly from their website and from Amazon. Sole's customer service is awesome the fabric liner on my first pair bunched up, so it was annoying but not unwearable, I commented it on their standard product review request email and they promptly sent me a new pair at no cost. They are great if you want arch support.

The only clarification for potential buyer is that this "Casual" version is best suited for solid/cold weather casual shoes with removable inserts. They're too thick for loafers or lighter footwear. Also, the cushion is stiffer than the blue "sport" insoles. I'll buy the "thin" version next to try with dress shoes.

I'm a big fan of Sole brand foot beds for my workout shoes, so I thought I would give these a try for my more casual activities as well, and I wasn't disappointed, I slipped these into a pair of keds before a trip to Boston where I knew I would be walking a lot, and 4 days and 31 miles later I was happy I did. These gave me complete support and were very comfortable.

I am a 350+ lb over 6 feet male diagnosed with plantar fasciitus over 10 years ago. I tried many such foot/arch supports, including custom ones, with mixed results. This product is the best yet, giving **comfortable** relief and support no problems with over/under pronation either. They are not cushy and arch strength is excellent.

These insoles are excellent. I have a pair for each pair of shoes I own. I have used them for many years, and I can say that they are as good as the orthotics you get from professionals. They are very comfortable and will mold to your feet.

I used this pair of footbeds in a pair of men's Geox "Flexi-Sneaker" in place of the standard issue insole. It did wonders for that shoe, which I thought was way too flexible in the mid-sole for serious walking until these were installed.
