I normally wear a 10.5 U.S. I ended up ordering a 46 EUR (11.5 U.S.) i'm glad i did they fit more like a 10.5 U.S. And they fit perfect. So remember to order a size bigger.

excellent shoes and not a bike-ish look either just make sure you order a bigger size than you wear . i wear a 11 1/2 and they sent me a 13 and it fit just right so buyer beware only on the size part of it

Best Deals on Pearl iZUMi Men's X-Road Cycling Shoe

I purchased these to use with crank bros candy pedals and they work excellent. The problem is the sizing on these shoes. I wear a 13 in boots usually and 13 to 14 in athletic shoes. I ordered the largest at 48 and my toe is almost touching the end. The 48 lists as a 15d but is closer to a 12 imo. So the sizing listed on the amazon page is wayyyy off and the sizing on the manufacturers page listed it as a 13 to 13.5. They will work ok being smallish for bike shoes for me but keep that in mind for ordering.

The shoes themselves are amazingly lightweight and very comfortable. They breathe enough but wont freeze you instantly when it cools off since the venting is mainly on top. Without cleats they could make decent running shoes.
