I normally need a 6.5 wide. I ordered these shoes in a 6.5 wide only to discover that they do not come in special widths one width only! I decided to try them anyway they felt very snug when I tried them on at first, even with bare feet. Once I got running I was very impressed! The flexible shoe upper is perfect (once I got going I realized wide would have been too large). A few blisters formed while breaking them in, but now they work great for medium to long distance jogging. Afterward I remove the insoles for faster drying time.

I am a new runner and needed good shoes. I went for a shoe fitting and Zoots were one of the best ones. I also liked brooks, but after running in Brooks for a few days , my shins were killing me. So I decided to get the zoot Ultra kapalani2.0 and have no issue running at all. They are very light, snug around your foot but very comfortable. will buy them again.

You have to give this shoe a bit of time to get used to. It definitely has a compression fit and wearing it barefoot has a different feel than others I have worn. It didn't take long to get used to and now I wear them daily.

I bought these thinking they'd be easier to travel with than full lace-up running shoes and socks. They are.

When I first tried them on I could feel the insole rubbing against the arch of my foot and I thought, "That's a blister waiting to happen." So I proceeded to get these ready for a return to Amazon. I never actually sent them back due to my own laziness. So I thought I'd give them a try on my most recent vacation. After all, I'd spent a pretty penny on them!

For whatever reason I cannot tell you, these have never rubbed my arch or any other part of my feet since the initial tryout. I wear them all the time for anything up to 3 miles walking, jogging, running through airports, sailing, etc. They've become my favorite summer shoes.

The reason I gave them four rather than five stars is that they don't breath as well as I'd like a slip-on shoe to breath. Other than that they're great little Zoots!

NOTE: I tend to have bigger feet than most. Like a C/D width in some brands. I thought it might be too challenging to get my feet into them. Not so. These are a snug fit but not uncomfortably so. I don't need the lacing that is on the shoe by any means, but I can see how the laces would offer a more snug fit for someone with less bulky feet. Also, they're true to size. I typically wear a 9.5 shoe sometimes I go to a 10 in running shoes. I bought these in 9.5 and they're perfect.

These are unbelievably comfortable. I've had a few pair of these shoes and will continue to buy them. The sockless wear is wonderful.
