I usually wear Mizuno Wave Riders, which are more supportive, but these are lighter, have a smaller heel to toe drop and also a wider toe box. (They allowed me to run with a broken pinky toe without discomfort). They have become my new favorite running shoe. They are also very breathable. Order up a full size; they run small.

I can't really rate a shoe that doesn't fit. I've worn Mizuno Wave Creations for years and a size 9.5 fits perfect...however, the Wave Ronin, 9.5 are huge on me. I'm not sure if it's fluke or if there is a difference in sizes between running shoes.
