The tread/ traction on on the shoes is great and didn't wear one bit during a recent Spartan Race on some steep trails. Only downside was that laces untied on my one shoe twice even when double knotted. Very comfortable

these are correct size size as far as width goes, but length seemed a little longer, and also these were full price, so i returned them. i got a better deal elsewhere, and will buy from amazon in another color when the price reduces.
