I love this shoe. it has great room in the toe box, fits my heel great. My feet don't burn and it gives them great support. I did go up a full size. I usually wear an 8.5 but bought this in a 9.5. I'm so glad that I did because after running a little, they fit great. I highly recommend them but size up. Also, I like the shoe laces--old fashioned kind that stay tied.

This is a fantastic shoe from a fantastic brand! This shoe provides stability and support for those that need it, and is REALLY COMFORTABLE. I wasn't quite ready to commit to a neutral shoe as I am still getting into running and need stability, and this shoe has definitely delivered. Where there was pain for is just speed now! The mint color is just an added bonus!

But ONLY if you have really high arches. Otherwise you are going to be quite uncomfortable. The arches are now so high that you almost feel as if your feet have to be tipped to the outside. I found that the first day I ran in them, which was on the treadmill, they made me feel like I was running in quicksand. It was not comfortable and really hurt. The next time I ran, I did so outside, and it was GREAT! I ran a few more times outside in them and then tried the treadmill again and after breaking them in a bit the treadmill was good. They are not very attractive though. They are my 6th pair of Omni's and I'm a much bigger fan of the 8s I started out in! Don't ruin a good thing guys!! I will still always choose Saucony to run in, they make a great shoe.

Running shoes that fit one person will be too narrow for someone else, too flat for someone else... you have to try them on. I definitely recommend finding a local running store to help you out. I need extra stability in my running shoe, and my toes need ample space to wiggle (other shoes give me blisters on the side of the widest part of my foot, and under my toes) but the Omnis are perfect, every season, right out of the box. I've shopped at my local running store enough times to know that this is always the shoe I end up buying! When they didn't have any in stock and I desperately needed a new pair, I ordered them online. I already knew they were perfect for my feet.
